ER150 CCTV crawler robot is equipped with a HD Axial camera head (a Pan Tilt HD camera with a built-in crack laser measurement module is available for upgrade) and consists of a removable lift and a rear view camera. Utilizing dual DC motor (25W each) with steering ability. The portable cable reel is equipped with 150m (500ft) cable (optional up to 300m) , the system is suitable for pipe diameters from 150mm up to 600mm (6″ – 24″).

Our professional 150mm (6″) CCTV crawler robot is used to visually inspect the underground utilities such as sanitary sewer lines and storm pipelines. The crawler is equipped with four different sets of wheel sizes and detachable lift platform for inspection of pipe diameter ranging from 150mm to 600mm. The dual-motor system gives the tractor the ability to steer and maneuver around.

1. Straight Axial Camera Head

The CCTV crawler robot is equipped with straight camera head. It is also possible to upgrade the crawler system with a Pan & Tilt camera head with laser modules for crack measurements.

2. Crawler Tractor

3. Portable Motorized Cable Reel

The robot is supplied with 150m (500ft) high quality industrial cable (available up to 300m or 1000ft). The cable reel features a manual cable retraction system and it can also be upgraded to a motorized version.

4. Control Unit
