– Heating Coil: The elliptically wound cold process heating coil is constructed using stretched reduced full body normalized ASTM A53/APIPSL schedule 80 pipe. It is structurally braced to minimize pipe wear and vibration. The coil is completely sealed with a ceramic blanket and features a stainless steel coil skin for maximum efficiency. This saves both time and fuel when using Easy Kleen hot water cleaning systems.

– Burners: High-quality North American-made oil-fired burners or gas-fired burner controls with adjustable thermostats ensure exceptional efficiency, dependability, and serviceability. The system is equipped with a cleanable fuel filter for convenience.

– Electrical Control Panel: The electrical control panel is a NEMA 4 watertight enclosure with easy access. It includes a heavy-duty on/off cam switch as standard, and an optional auto stop/start feature with time delay shut down.

– Frame: Built with a rugged 12 gauge bent one-piece steel frame, all welded with a lifting bar and roll cage frame. The frame is powder-coated and houses a 10-gallon poly fuel tank. It features a front plate for optional hose reel mounting. The frame includes ¾” welded axles and 13″ pneumatic wheels secured with lock nuts. Alternatively, a stationary (ST) option is available.
